SHIPPING RATE INFORMATION
Bottom line-shipping is expensive
BEGINNING JANUARY 22, 2012, BOTH UPS AND USPS SHIPPING RATES ARE INCREASING
THIS WILL EXPLAIN HIGHER SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WHEN YOU ORDER
UPS boxes incur an oversize rate also which has to do with the weight of the box versus the size of the box.
It is literally impossible to quote an exact shipping rate for ANY order over one yard. We have no way of knowing what size box will be needed for an order or which courier will be the most cost effective until the order is processed. We are sorry but there are just too many variables and we apologize for the inconvenience. We ONLY charge the shipping charge and do not inflate the shipping prices to accommodate guesswork---and---we WILL ship the most cost effective way possible.
Shipping is expensive-there is absolutely nothing that we can do about these rates and we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
