If we make a mistake with your order, examples, you ordered white fur and we sent you pink fur; you ordered one yard and we send you two yards; etc., please contact us as soon as possible for return information. We will correct the problem and pay shipping costs.
If the fur is defective (a wrinkle is not a defect) please contact us for return information.
We strongly advise seeing a sample prior to ordering because not liking a fur is NOT a valid reason for returns-NO EXCHANGES IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE FUR YOU ORDERED!
