PLEASE NOTE-WE DO NOT MAKE THE HOOD TRIMS NOR DO WE SEW THE FUR ONTO YOUR HOOD FOR YOU-WE ONLY SELL THE FUR-OUR FUR AND NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE ORIGINAL FUR THAT WAS ON YOUR COAT! THEREFORE, EMAILING THE MODEL NUMBER OF YOUR COAT WILL BE USELESS AS WE DO NOT HAVE THE MANUFACTURER'S FUR.
WE SELL QUARTER YARD CUTS FOR HOOD TRIMS SO THE PIECE WILL MEASURE 60"WIDE BY 9"LONG.
THE 60" WIDTH WILL ACTUALLY BE THE LENGTH OF THE TRIM BUT WE CANNOT CUT INTO THE FUR FOR CUSTOMS CUTS. THE 9" LENGTH WILL ACTUALLY BE THE WIDTH OF THE TRIM SO YOU CAN CUT THE AMOUNT NEEDED ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE FUR TO MAKE YOUR OWN CUSTOM CUT.
This section is for all of the people who had the misfortune to put their nice coats with fur trimmed hoods into the dryer. Needless to say, when the coats came out of the dryer, the fur on the hoods did not look so good.
Look over the furs on the website to see which looks the closest to the fur that was ruined-the furs that are suggested below in blue are the furs that are the most popular.
Please remember that we do NOT have the fur that was originally on your hood so emailing us the style number or a picture will do you no good.
The furs on the Wolf/Coyote page are perfect for hoods as well as many of the furs on the What's New Pages.
One new fur called NA Hoodie is another perfect fur and can be used on any color coat as it is a very neutral fur. Of course there are many, many options on our site so please take a few minutes to browse through the website and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.
And please, after you have your hood looking good as new, never, never put fur into the dryer as the fur will fry and never look the same again.
